About this house sitting position in Ryde, Isle of Wight

We live in a 2 bedroom 3 reception room chalet bungalow on the outskirts of the town of Ryde, Isle of Wight, we have a secluded garden which is a pleasure to sit out in and enjoy. Double driveway which could accommodate a camper van or car as our car will be on the driveway when we’re away.
The street itself can be a little noisy with traffic during the day. Ryde is approached by the sea via a Wightlink Fastcat to Ryde Pierhead or from Southsea by Hovertravel.
Ryde has benefitted from some regeneration in the last few years, and has some lovely cafes/tea-rooms/pubs and restaurants to suit all budgets and an eclectic array of shops as well as essential shops.
Walks to the beach and countryside not far away from our home.
Essentially we are looking for a single Pet sitter/house sitter for our small terrier. He is very well behaved and easy to look after. However if he thinks he hears any gremlins in the garden he has to shoo them away and barks, but not for too long. Otherwise he's no problem at all. We have good neighbours who could be called upon in an emergency.
We are preferably looking for a single lady but not essential.
As it's the summer months we would also need our garden watering in the evening 2-3 times a week depending on how hot the days are.
